Body, Mind, Emotion (BME) - Customized Coaching Programs

These programs can range from 4 to 8 people programs.  Each member/guest will decide what they would like to focus on and Coach Kathy will deliver the program that best meets their needs. 

Here are a few suggestions:

  • Ready, Set, Focus -  Preparation before hitting the ball, where to stand, positioning, concentration and execution

  • Shots! Paddle control, placement and shot selection - hitting balls with control, intention and accuracy

  • Up and Down the Middle - Offensive and defensive strategies for covering the middle

  • Positioning and Transitioning as a Team - where should each person be as the ball moves around the court.

  • Playing the Ball! In the air or on the bounce - Is it in or Is it out? - learning how to make a quick decision when the ball is coming at you, especially with speed

  • Reset and Recovery - how to change the pace of play and get both you and your teammate in a good position to hit a winning shot

  • Defending the Non-Volley Zone - defensive blocks and offensive attacks

  • Serves: Serve it up - Serve it down - offensive strategy along with defending tough serves

  • Spins!  Spin it to win it - the slice and the roll over.

  • Dig It - Dominate defense - handling the put-aways

  • DRILL IT with Coach Kathy - Each class will focus on various drills to work on different parts of your game.  These skills can be further worked on and reinforced among your own group of friends, learn it and spread it!  

All of these events can be booked as a private lesson, semi-private lesson, Coach & Play for 3 or 4 or in larger groups up to 8 people.  You will book these classes when it is convenient for you, not at pre-arranged times.  This makes the scheduling process tailored to fit your needs, (subject to instructor availability).

Invite Coach Kathy to join your group, she will play with you and coach you as you play.
